I have lived in Fairfield with my husband for the past 22 years and have raised two girls in this beautiful town. I have been helping both buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals. I have excellent negotiating skills and a good eye for value. I am tenacious and will only stop once my goals are met satisfactorily. I see my job as a facilitator in reaching your objectives because if you are happy, then I will be satisfied.

In today's post-covid world, we are witnessing changes in the real estate market in terms of the way people choose where to live and where to work. You no longer have to live near where you work. The world is becoming more international and more global. You can work at a company based in New York and yet live in Maine or Connecticut. A company based in Silicon Valley can hire someone from the United Kingdom or France.

Our team is well-positioned to cater to the needs of different people from different places. I am fluent in 4 languages: French, Arabic, Armenian and English. I came from the Middle East, grew up in Lebanon, and understand the intricacies between different cultures. I have worked with clients of diverse backgrounds, including French, South African, Brazilian, and Syrian. I can facilitate and recognize styles and identify what they want and need in a home. I can ensure needs are not "lost in translation."
