We were so incredibly lucky to work with Lisa Mancini in finding a home in the Fairfield Beach area. We initially met Lisa at an open house, looking at homes in Fairfield to Branford. Lisa offered to show us around the various towns and knows each town, and its characteristics the got to know her clients so well that she knew what we were looking for. She was very innovative in how she gave us driving tours of various areas having us follow her car while talking to us via speaker phone as we drove by different neighborhoods, town centers, and various landmarks in an area. When it came to identifying homes, she sent us a range of homes and kept an eye out for ones in the areas we were interested in. She knew all the other selling brokers and when it came to making a bid (during a very competitive market as there were several, several on the home we wanted), she wisely guided us with the optimal offer and other added steps that we would need to do to ensure we negotiated and won our offer. Once we had our offer accepted, she hand-held us through the process, working late through the evenings, often doing calls with us after even 9 p.m since we were not available during the day to discuss the inspection and then the closing process. Through every step, and even after, once we closed on the home, Lisa has been our muse, our advocate, and our guiding light. Lisa was a tremendous asset to me during the sales process for my Fairfield CT home. When we signed the contract, Lisa told me "I'm going to sell your house this week" and she did so, in 5 days!
